CANCELLATION POLICY
Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment to receive a full deposit refund. We completely understand that sometimes things happen and life can be unpredictable. While we’re happy to work with you in case of emergencies, we still ask that you familiarize yourself with our policy and do your best to provide notice whenever possible. • 48 Hours’ Notice: Full deposit refund or transfer to a future appointment. • Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. 💳 Card on File & 24-Hour Cancellation Policy To respect the time and effort of our stylists, we require a card on file for all appointments. ⏳ Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
